Together with the management of Greenstore Denmark, the Greenstore team consists of 50-100 experienced colleagues from Harbour Energy in Norway, Germany and the UK. The team brings a wide range of competences and international experience into play and works closely together to develop and operate the Greenstore Project in the area between Randers and Hobro.
Senior Vice President, CCS, Harbour Energy
Halvor leads Harbour Energy’s portfolio of 10 CCS projects across Denmark, the United Kingdom and Norway. He has more than 30 years of experience in senior positions within the oil and gas industry. Halvor holds an MSc in Geology from the University of Oslo and has completed an executive education programme at INSEAD.
D&W Manager, Harbour Energy
Frode is responsible for Drilling & Wells activities in Project Greenstore. He has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry across a range of engineering and leadership roles, including positions at Statoil, Wintershall Dea and, most recently, Harbour Energy, where he led the drilling of the company’s first CCS well in Norway. Frode holds an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Stavanger and a Master of Technology Management.
Head of Investigations, Harbour Energy
With nearly 30 years of international experience in the oil and gas industry, including roles at Maersk Oil and Gas and Wintershall Dea, Henrik is Operations Lead for Project Greenstore. He is responsible for the exploration programme agreed between Harbour Energy and the Danish Energy Agency, with a particular focus on seismic surveys, monitoring activities and well drilling within the licence area.
Senior HSES Adviser, Harbour Energy
Isabella is responsible for health, safety, environment and security (HSES) in Project Greenstore. She has more than 17 years of international HSEQ experience from the construction and energy sectors, including roles at Shell Biogas, KK Wind Solutions and Rambøll. Isabella holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology in Poland.

Regitze is responsible for communications, public affairs and external relations. She holds an Academy Profession degree in Financial Management and has 30 years of international experience as a communications director, including roles at Shell and the Lundbeck Foundation.
Head of HSEQ, Harbour Energy
Synnøve is responsible for HSEQ – health, safety, environment and quality. She has nearly 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in both Norway, including many years at Norsk Hydro, and Denmark, including roles at DONG Energy/Ørsted. Synnøve holds an engineering degree from the University of Stavanger, specialising in oil and gas production, and an MBA from the Technical University of Denmark.
